We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return or exchange of any new, unworn, and unaltered item within 30 days of the date it was received. All returned items must be in their original condition, including any packaging or tags if applicable.

Exchanges
If a customer wishes to exchange an item due to reasons such as size, color, or personal preference, they will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and must arrange their own return shipping label. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the cost of the item itself will be refunded.
Damaged Or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective item, we kindly ask that you contact us at support@gilvel.shop before sending the item back. We will provide return shipping instructions and cover the return shipping charges if the product is incorrect, defective, or damaged.

Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will cover only the price of the item. If the returned item does not meet the return conditions such as being worn, altered, or damaged we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
