Shipping and Delivery

We work hard to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are subject to a handling time of 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday), during which we prepare and pack your items for shipment. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time will begin processing the following business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time is 6 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The total delivery time including handling and transit is typically between 7 to 9 business days.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $5 on all orders, regardless of destination within our shipping coverage area. At this time, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

If Item is Out of Stock

If any item in your order is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you within 24 business hours. For any questions regarding shipping or delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact us we’re here to help.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status. If you haven’t received tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Multiple Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages or from different warehouse locations.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Modifications

We allow order modifications only before the order has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, no changes can be made, and you will need to follow our Return and Refund Policy to make any adjustments. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
